Each training phase inside Empowered Strength lasts 4 weeks and follows a structured progression designed to help you build strength, improve movement quality, and stay consistent all year long.

A Note About Enrollment
You do not need to wait for a new phase to begin.
You can start Empowered Strength anytime, and you’ll join in on the current phase alongside everyone else. The workouts are written so you can confidently jump in, whether you’re starting on Week 1 or Week 3.
New phases simply help guide progression and keep the entire community moving forward together—but your journey can begin the moment you sign up.

FAQ's

What equipment do I need?
A basic gym setup is perfect. At home, aim for dumbbells, a bench, bands, and a sturdy surface for hip thrusts/rows. Substitutions are provided.

How long are the workouts?
Most sessions are ~45 minutes. 

I’m pregnant/postpartum. Is this safe?
Yes- you will have access to my Pre/Post Natal Guides within the resource library in Everfit.  Many movements are scalable. 

Can I upload form videos?
Yes—especially in your first month, if you want quick feedback.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage your subscription directly from your checkout email/portal.

What if I’m brand new?
You’ll be fine. Movements are clearly explained with regressions and substitutions.

Do I need to start on Day 1 of a phase?
Each training phase lasts 4 weeks, with the same workouts repeated weekly so you can focus on progress and building strength through intentional, structured training. Depending on when you join, we may be in any given week of the current phase—but don’t worry, you’re never behind. Everyone moves through the same program together for that phase.
