30-Minute Session

Signature Session
45-Minute Session
A balanced mix of strength and
conditioning, tailored to your goals.
Expect intentional programming, form

Empower Hour
60-Minute Session
The full personal training experience.
A complete hour dedicated to your goals
— from warm-up to recovery. You’ll
focus on progressive strength work,
power, and mobility with personalized
guidance every step of the way.

Hybrid Coaching (In-Person + App Support)
Best for: Women who want coaching beyond the gym — structure and support on their own training days.
Includes:
  • In-person personal training sessions
  • Additional programmed workouts delivered through the app
  • Video demonstrations and coaching cues
  • Ability to submit lift videos for feedback
  • Direct access to me for questions and guidance
This option gives you consistency and confidence even when you’re training on your own.

No. Beginners are welcome — everything is coached and scaled to you.

Yes. Training is always adapted to your body and stage of life.
How often do we train?
Frequency depends on your goals and schedule. This is discussed during your consultation.
Where does training take place?
In-person sessions are held at Wellth Studio in Napoleon Ohio. Hybrid clients also train independently using the app.
