Fit Mama 15 is a 5 week program. 15 minute workouts, 5 times a week.
The goal is to create a sustainable fitness routine while building a strong foundation. This isn’t a progressive program, but you should notice improvement in strength and improved movement with your activities of daily living, IF you are consistent.
Strength training should be the foundation of your fitness routine, but it's hard to make that a reality if you don't know what to do or how to do it.
What to expect?
Each workout will include a warm up & 2-4 strength exercises. Each exercise will have a demo video, suggested rep range and rest time.
Time commitment?
This program is 5 days per week. Each workout should take you around 15 minutes to complete.
What do you need?
Ideally a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells + a resistance tube. 1 or 2 sets of DB’s would work.
